Roger L. Randall

Roger L. Randall,
Of Wild Rose, formerly of Madison, age 92, passed away on Sunday, September 24, 2017.  He was born in St. Paul, MN on June 14, 1925 to the late Iver and Ann (Neisinger) Randall.  Roger was a paratrooper during WWII, serving at Normandy and the Battle of the Bulge. On August 26, 1952 he married Audrey Goodell. He had a Master’s Degree and was an Industrial Arts Teacher at Schenk Middle School as well as Madison Area Technical College. Roger, with his partners, owned and maintained several apartment buildings in the Madison area.
He was a member of Shepherd of the Lakes Lutheran Church in Waupaca and Trinity Lutheran Church in Madison. Roger was a member of the Kiwanis Club in Madison and then in Wild Rose.  He enjoyed his bowling leagues in Madison and Wild Rose. In his spare time he enjoyed hunting, fishing, wood working, and spending time with his family.

He will be sadly missed by his wife: Audrey; sons: David (Therese) of Leander, TX; Tracy of Hudson, WI; Jeffrey (Sue) of Oconomowoc, WI; Bradley of Adams, WI; grandchildren: Jarvis, Tammy, Danielle, Joshua, Lucas and Thai; other relatives and friends.  In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his brothers, Wayne and David.

The Funeral Service will be on Tuesday, October 3, 2017 at 11 a.m. at the Maple Crest Funeral Home of Waupaca.  The visitation will be on Monday at the funeral home from 4 p.m. until 6 p.m. and again on Tuesday from 10 a.m. until the time of the service.
