Jerald "Jerry" Button

Of Waupaca, age 71, passed away on Friday, June 7, 2019 at home.  He was born in Waupaca on January 31, 1948 to the late Daniel and Lucille (Vetter) Button.  On June 23, 1990 he married Beatrice Lipke.  Jerry had been a member of both Archery and Trapshooting Clubs.  He enjoyed visiting with his friends at the Truck Stop.  Jerry loved animals, especially his cats. 

He will be sadly missed by his wife: Bea, son: Mark (Nicki) Lipke; grandsons: Gavin and Riley; mother-in-law: Lucille Lipke; brother-in-law: Al (Julie) Lipke; and sisters-in-law: Jean Button and Mary Shanak, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.  In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his grandson, Collin, brother, Ron and father-in-law, Clarence.

The Funeral Service will be on Friday, June 14, 2019 at 1 p.m. at the Maple Crest Funeral Home.  The visitation will be on Friday at the funeral home from 11 a.m. until the time of the funeral. Burial will be in Lind Center Cemetery. Due to allergies, in lieu of flowers, the family has established a memorial.
