Clifford L. Ray, age 95, passed away Saturday, October 27, 2018 at the Wisconsin Veterans Home in King, WI. He was born in Prairie du Chien, WI on May 15, 1923 to the late Ora and Lenore (Halverson) Ray. Clifford was a WWII veteran, serving with the U.S. Navy.
