Carol A. (Barth) Klopstein

Of Waupaca, age 76, passed away on Sunday, December 31, 2017.  She was born in Milwaukee on April 13, 1941 to the late Paul and Elva (Torbeck) Barth.  Carol married Earl Petersen on May 19, 1962 he preceded her in death on March 20, 1988.  On May 13, 1989 she married Milton Klopstein; he preceded her in death on January 10, 2017.  Carol liked reading, crocheting and fishing.  She was a receptionist for many years at Krause Publications. 

She will be sadly missed by her children: Carol Petersen, Rose Ann (Pete) Seavecki; Brandi (Donald) Deschler, Andrea (Harlan) Jensen, Lee (Maija) Klopstein, Jeff (Kim) Klopstein, many grandchildren and great grandchildren, sister-in-law: Phyllis (Glen) Gilbert, other relatives and friends.  Carol was also preceded in death by a daughter, Cindy Tousey, brothers, Edward and Norman Barth and a sister, Marilyn Barth.

The Funeral Service will be on Friday, January 5, 2017 at 2 p.m. at the Maple Crest Funeral Home.  The visitation will be on Friday from 1 p.m. until the time of the service.  Burial will be in the Pine River Cemetery in the spring.
